楼主注意锻炼身体，别精尽人亡了，呵呵，开个玩笑。
其实还是要适当节制的，标准就是以事后或第二天不感觉疲惫，如果太累了，还是休息下吧。
毕竟sex不能当饭吃，啥东西再好也要讲究个度。
